Promiris, in collaboration with the Belgian group Cetim, is developing a new student residence in Lisbon. The residence will have 124 rooms spread over 3,800 square meters and will be leased long-term to the French operator Odalys. This will be the third student residence that Promiris will deliver to the Odalys operator, following those in Granjo and Asprela in Porto.
Construction began in 2022, with delivery scheduled for May 2024. Other projects are under consideration with Odalys, one of the leaders in student residence management in France, expanding into Southern Europe
