The Bivart Residences

Bivart Residence is located in Avenida Luis Bivar, a beautiful, spacious boulevard with trees in the lively Avenidas Novas district, between Saldanha Square and Edouard VII Park. The proximity to schools, universities, shops, parks and public transport as well as the airport are a great advantage for this project.

The existing building used to house a hospital known to all Lisboners for its renowned maternity ward. Today it has been converted.

Promiris acquired the project in February 2017, in partnership with the Belgian group Cetim, which is a minority shareholder.

A residential project has been developed, housing 31 high-end flats of various compositions and sizes, ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms. The penthouse flats offer panoramic views of Lisbon and the Tagus River.

Each flat has spacious rooms and large terraces.
