Nuance (Alvalade)

The new Promiris project in Lisbon is located in the heart of the Alvalade district, one of the most sought-after areas in Lisbon for its centrality and famous neighborhood life. The project consists of two buildings united by a harmonious common garden. The choice of architecture is contemporary, but inspired by traditional Portuguese architecture. With facades in "azulejos" (Portuguese tiles) and stone elements from the Portuguese capital region, the buildings are perfectly integrated into their urban context.

The project includes 28 flats ranging from studios to 3-bedroom duplexes. For the interiors, the materials used are of high quality, advocating simplicity and comfort, such as wood, tiles and natural stone, which also establish a link with local traditions. The project is characterized by the innovative design of each living space, with bright and welcoming communal areas, optimal management of private spaces, the use of noble materials, a high level of comfort and a real sense of well-being.
