Asprela

Promiris acquired a plot of land located in the Asprela district, 500 meters from the University of Porto campus. This project will be co-developed with the Cetim Group. Asprella will soon become a residence of 8,200 m² above ground for approximately 265 rooms.

Asprela will be managed by the Odalys Group, France's leading provider of university residences, which will lease the building on a long-term basis.

The planning application was submitted in September 2020 but the land already had pre-approval. Delivery occured beginning of March.
