Conde de Lima

In December 2018, Promiris, in association with the Thomas & Piron Group, acquired a plot of land in a residential area close to the Edouard VII Park, Avenida da Liberdade and the Marquis de Pombal Square in the center of Lisbon.

The development of two residential buildings, totalling 5.500 m² on Rua Bernardo Lima and on Rua Ferreira Lapa, is articulated around a central garden to form a condominium of 41 high-end flats with noble finishes and state-of-the-art technology to ensure exceptional wellbeing for its residents. The residence is equipped with a gym, sauna, indoor pool, etc.

Permits were obtained in mid-2020, followed by the start of construction. Provisional acceptance took place at the end of 2023.
