Delta Campus

In 2019, Promiris acquired a plot of land on the site of the new Chirec hospital on the Triomph boulevard in Auderghem. Only a few years later, in 2021, we realized 102 units on 7 floors complemented with different common areas. Several types of student accommodation ranging from 19 to 30m² are now available for rent.

The immediate proximity of the ULB/VUB university campuses, several major colleges, as well as the proximity of shops and restaurants in the Cimetière d'Ixelles district are very interesting for future residents.

Each student enjoys a furnished room with an individual bathroom. On each floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a large terrace. A study room, a sports room and a relaxation room complete the offer. Particular attention has been paid to soft mobility, hence the integration of a large number of bicycle shelters, intended to accommodate the students' bicycles, next to a complete public transport offer at the foot of the building.
