In December 2018, Promiris acquired land in Porto in the residential area of Antas in Porto. The site enjoys an extraordinary view of the Douro River valley and the city of Oporto, being situated on a high point of the city of Oporto.
In its current configuration, the site allows for a private condominium development of approximately 8,000 m² with 54 luxury flats. Work started at the end of 2020 and provisional acceptance was carried out in January 2023.
