Close to Namur station, Promiris has developed a new residential building of 7,000m² above ground and 216 rooms for students. The strategic location, next to the University of Namur, makes this project very attractive for students looking for a sustainable, comfortable and contemporary residence.

This development is the result of a collaboration with Baltisse Real Estate. Once completed, the project was taken over by Belgian student housing specialist Xior Student Housing at the end of 2022.
