The site is located near the Pont Courbe, a strategic location within walking distance of the train station and close to the shops, restaurants and facilities of the city center.
The assisted living facility will have 120 flats and more than 1,000m² of service areas, restaurant, bar, lounges, relaxation and wellness areas, indoor swimming pool, as well as outdoor relaxation and health walk areas.
The project will become an example of soft mobility with few parking spaces but a large area dedicated to public transport; shared electric cars, bicycle parking for staff and residents, integration of public transport, etc. A car park will also be provided for local residents. Special care was taken to integrate the building into its environment.
