The student residence in Saragossa is located just a stone's throw away from the prestigious university.

The building will have a surface area of 5.457 m² and will include 180 rooms and numerous common spaces.

We started construction in January 2024, and the residence will be delivered in 2025. The residence will be managed by our partner, Odalys, who has signed a long-term lease agreement.
